Position: Senior Manager / AGM Leasing

Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate

Experience: 09-14 Years Relevant experience in Real Estate Leasing

Location: Greater Noida West/Noida

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM Leasing with strong expertise in the real estate sector and comprehensive knowledge of leasing operations, tenant acquisition, commercial negotiations, and lease closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end leasing activities for real estate projects.
- Identify potential tenants, generate leasing leads, and develop recent business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Negotiate rental terms, lease agreements, and commercial conditions to maximise revenue.
- Manage property presentations, site visits, tenant follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Project teams for lease documentation and execution.




- Monitor leasing performance, occupancy levels, rental income, and leasing targets.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare leasing MIS, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations and lease documentation requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with Real Estate Leasing experience only will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of leasing operations, commercial negotiations, and tenant management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Proven ability to close leasing deals and achieve revenue targets.
