Job Title: Performance Marketing -Real Estate
Open positions-
- AGM Performance Marketing: 7+ years
- Senior Manager Performance Marketing: 4+ years
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Run and improve campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms
- Get quality leads for residential and commercial projects (local, Indian and NRI markets)
- Track and reduce CPL and CPQL, and improve site visits, bookings and ROI
- Work with Sales, CRM and Creative teams
- Share regular reports and track conversions
- Train and guide team members and agencies
Key Requirements:-
- 7+ years (AGM) or 4+ years (Senior Manager) in performance or digital marketing
- Real estate lead generation experience (must for AGM, preferred for Senior Manager)
- Solid Google Ads and Meta Ads skills
- Good with data and campaign optimization
- Team handling or training experience
