Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage litigation matters related to real estate disputes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial losses.
- Oversee the preparation of legal documents, including lease deeds, contracts, and agreements.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for dispute resolution through negotiation or mediation rather than litigation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the real estate industry.
Job Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience in senior legal and compliance roles within the real estate sector.
- Robust understanding of Real Estate Laws, Lease Deed, Litigation Management, Dispute Resolution, Legal Recovery processes.
- Proven track record in managing complex litigations from initiation to resolution.
