Tiger Analytics is seeking a Senior Lead specializing in Java and React to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications meet business requirements and are built using best practices in software development.

This position requires a strong technical background as well as leadership abilities to guide junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable web applications using Java and React.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers in the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define application requirements and specifications.
- Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve development processes.




- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to communicate technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Skills Required:

- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Expertise in front-end technologies, particularly React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router).
- In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
- Solid knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within a team and with clients.
