About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior / Lead Backend Engineer to design and scale enterprise cloud-native applications. You will be working with a cutting-edge backend stack centered around Java 17+ , Spring WebFlux , and Kubernetes .

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and deploy event-driven, reactive microservices using Java 17+ and Spring WebFlux .
- Drive cloud-native software execution using Docker and Kubernetes across public cloud platforms ( AWS / Azure / GCP ).
- Design, tune, and maintain high-throughput relational ( SQL ) and document/key-value ( NoSQL ) database layers.
- Solve complex system bottlenecks, optimize service-to-service communication latency,



and lead system architecture discussions.

Required Qualifications
- Core Language: Robust expertise in modern Java 17+ language features.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with Spring Boot , Spring WebFlux (reactive programming), and enterprise Microservices architecture.
- Containers & Orchestration: Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
- Databases: Advanced hands-on skills with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
- Cloud Platform: Demonstrated working knowledge of cloud-native development on AWS , Azure , or GCP .
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical, system debugging, and architectural problem-solving capabilities.
