Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Jewelery Designer Lead with 78 years of relevant experience, preferably with reputed brands such as Tanishq, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, or GIVA.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and commercially viable jewellery designs.
- Create design concepts and collections aligned with market trends.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, and Buying teams.
- Manage product development from concept to final design.
- Ensure designs meet quality, aesthetic, and production requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 7-8 years of jewellery design experience.
- Advanced, expert-level skills in CorelDRAW
- Experience in leading and managing a designing team of approximately 15-18 designers.
- Knowledge of metals and precious/semi-precious stones.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Generative AI design tools.
- Quick hand-sketching and manual rendering capabilities are a distinct advantage.
- Experience with reputed jewellery brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of jewellery trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Positive leadership, team management, and communication skills.
