What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to closure.
- Handle multiple technical hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT profiles
- Understand and work on client and market requirements.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals

. Develop effective sourcing strategies across relevant recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
