About The Opportunity

- Arohana Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IT recruitment, including contract staffing and niche technology hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop strategies for attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier IT professionals.

Role &

- Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for permanent and contract roles.

- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality IT talent through multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and professional networks.

- Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior recruiters, helping them improve sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and business heads to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and design customized recruitment plans.

- Interview Management: Conduct initial screenings, schedule technical and HR rounds, and ensure an efficient interview process.

- Offer Negotiation &
- Closure: Manage salary discussions, counteroffers, and ensure smooth offer rollouts and onboarding.

- Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest tech trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across the IT landscape.

- Reporting:



Maintain recruitment dashboards and analytics to track performance and optimize hiring strategies.

Skills &

- Qualifications

Must-Have

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT Staffing (contract staffing).

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development roles, cloud technologies, and other emerging IT skill sets.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and sourcing tools.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred

- Experience in recruiting for startups or IT consulting firms.

- Exposure to Fintech, E-commerce, HealthTech, and Gen AI domains.

- Experience in team handling or leadership roles.

- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
