About Us

Neubaby is a fast-growing children's retail brand with 15+ stores across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Vellore, along with online sales and B2B partnerships. We are looking for an experienced Senior Inventory Allocator to manage stock allocation, store replenishment, and inventory availability.

Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring the right products reach every retail store, B2B customer, and SOR partner at the right time and in the right quantities using Supply Mint inventory planning software and Ginesys ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage weekly store replenishment cycles every Monday and Thursday.
- Reconcile SupplyMint and Ginesys stock data before allocation.
- Review replenishment recommendations, MBQ levels, and Omit Flags.
- Allocate new arrivals and create Transfer Orders in Ginesys.
- Process B2B orders and fortnightly SOR replenishment for Lulu Fashion and other partners.
- Conduct weekly stock gap analysis and coordinate with the Inventory Planner.
- Handle special stock requests from the sales team.
- Maintain MBQ values,



Omit Flag records, and allocation registers.
- Manage End of Season Sale (EOSS) stock allocation and dispatch tracking.
- Monitor stock availability, prevent stockouts, and improve inventory efficiency.

Requirements

- Education: B.Com / BBA / B.Sc or equivalent.
- Experience: 10 years in inventory allocation, replenishment, or supply chain in retail/FMCG.
- Systems: SupplyMint experience preferred; any inventory planning tool acceptable. Ginesys ERP experience is a strong plus.
- Excel: Proficient in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, stock analysis, and gap reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret replenishment reports, identify stock gaps, and make allocation decisions quickly.
- Communication: Explicit written and verbal communication skills to coordinate daily with the CSA Supervisor, sales team, and buying team.
- Industry Experience: Retail, fashion, kids' products, or FMCG preferred.
- Strong knowledge of multi-store inventory management, stock transfers, GRN, Sales Orders, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to manage replenishment cycles, MBQ levels, Omit Flags, and EOSS stock allocation.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and inventory reporting skills.
