Role: Senior Interior Designer – Sales & Design

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience: 3 to 4 years in Residential Interior Design

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who combines strong design expertise with excellent client-facing and sales closure skills .

This is not a purely design-focused role. The ideal candidate should be confident in understanding client requirements, developing and presenting design concepts, discussing budgets and quotations, and converting qualified leads into interior design projects .

Key Responsibilities

- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements, lifestyle, design preferences and budget.
- Develop space plans, design concepts, mood boards and preliminary design proposals.
- Present design solutions confidently and effectively to clients.




- Prepare and explain estimates/quotations and guide clients through design, material and budget decisions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and drive projects towards sales closure .
- Recommend materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E;).
- Coordinate with the internal design, production and execution teams after project confirmation.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to design and execution .
- Maintain robust client relationships throughout the engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3-4 years of experience in residential interior design , preferably apartments and villas.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes and residential interior detailing.
- Prior experience in client handling, design consultation and sales closure is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client budgets and propose commercially viable design solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good working knowledge of relevant 3D/design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape or Revit.
- Ability to independently manage multiple prospective clients and design discussions.
