We’re Hiring: Remote Hospitality Interior Designer / CAD Specialist

AutoCAD | Bluebeam | Hotel Brand Submissions

Champion Supply is looking for a detail-oriented hospitality interior designer with strong AutoCAD and Bluebeam skills to support our hotel projects remotely.

We need someone who can take floor plans, hotel brand specifications, and project requirements and turn them into complete, organized design packages ready for submission to the brand.

What you’ll work on

- Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, including guestroom and public-area layouts, elevations, and construction details.
- Develop furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) schedules, finish schedules, and specification sheets aligned with hotel brand requirements.
- Review brand standards and Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) to ensure the design package addresses the required scope.
- Use Bluebeam Revu to review drawings, incorporate markups, and coordinate revisions.
- Assemble brand-submission packages and update drawings and specifications in response to brand review comments.





Who we’re looking for

Someone with hands-on hospitality interior design experience, strong technical drafting skills, and the ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.

Previous experience preparing design packages for IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, or Choice hotels is strongly preferred. Experience taking a package through the brand review and approval process is especially valuable.
