About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IDMC MDM Consultant with 8+ years of total IT experience to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade Master Data Management solutions. In this role, you will leverage Informatica SaaS MDM, IDMC, and Customer 360 to design end-to-end data integrations, manage core MDM Hub configurations, and deliver robust master data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- MDM Solution Architecture: Design and implement cloud-native Master Data Management and Customer 360 solutions utilizing Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
- Hub Configuration: Configure and maintain core MDM components, including MDM Hub Store, Hub Server, Cleanse/Match Server, and Cleanse Adaptors.
- Integrations & Workflows: Build real-time and batch integrations using SIF, Business Entity Services (BES), CDI, and CAI. Create CAI workflows connecting MDM with D&B;, ERP, Salesforce (SFDC), and downstream enterprise applications.
- Reference Data & Quality: Implement Informatica REF360, conduct data profiling across heterogeneous sources, and drive continuous data quality standards using IDQ.
- Platform Support & Optimization: Lead production releases, application enhancements, root-cause troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Analysts, enterprise customers, and cross-functional IT teams to translate requirements into technical MDM architectures.

Basic Qualifications (Must-Haves)




- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and development.
- Deep, mandatory expertise in Informatica IDMC and Informatica SaaS MDM (Customer 360).
- Solid experience developing integration flows using CDI (Cloud Data Integration) and CAI (Cloud Application Integration).
- Proven track record working with SIF, Business Entity Services (BES), and Informatica REF360.
- Strong background in database design, SQL, and on-premises Informatica tools (IDQ and classic MDM Hub).
- Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, including production support and deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
