About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Engineer with expertise in identity, federation, and single sign-on technologies to support enterprise authentication platforms in a large-scale global environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Ping Identity solutions, enabling secure authentication services, supporting cloud and hybrid identity ecosystems, and driving automation across IAM operations. This role requires strong expertise in PingFederate, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and cloud-based identity platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Administer and support PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, Beyond Identity, and related authentication services.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across enterprise applications.




- Implement and support identity federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols.
- Manage application onboarding, trust relationships, metadata exchanges, and federation lifecycle activities.
- Administer LDAP directory services and ensure identity synchronization across platforms.
- Manage PKI certificates, certificate renewals, encryption configurations, and secure communications.
- Support IAM workloads running on AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Develop automation scripts and operational tools to simplify identity platform management.
- Monitor authentication services and proactively address performance and availability issues.
- Investigate and resolve authentication, authorization, federation, and access-related incidents.
- Support vulnerability remediation, security improvements, and compliance initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks.
- Collaborate with application, security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Security Engineering, or related domains.
- Hands-on experience administering PingFederate in enterprise environments.
- Exposure to PingAccess and PingDirectory administration and integration.
- Strong understanding of authentication and federation technologies, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience working with LDAP directories, PKI infrastructure, and certificate management.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting IAM solutions within AWS cloud environments.




- Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes-based application deployments and identity integrations.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation using Shell, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting complex authentication and federation issues.
- Understanding of security best practices, access controls, and identity governance principles.
- Exposure to FIDO2, WebAuthn, Beyond Identity, or hybrid identity solutions is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within global and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
