Hubris Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have robust recruitment skills, HR operations experience, and knowledge of workforce management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle manpower planning for head office and construction project sites.
- Coordinate HR operations, attendance, and payroll activities.
- Support PF, ESI, labour law, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, department heads, and labour contractors.




- Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.

- Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant HR and recruitment experience.
- Construction or infrastructure industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labour compliance.
- BBA / MBA / PGDM, preferably in HR.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
