Company Description PYAAS is a DPIIT-recognized, FSSAI-licensed dairy startup that brings full traceability to India’s milk chain, connecting city families directly with individual farms. Every PYAAS milk pack carries a QR code that reveals its complete record, including farm details, batch composition, quality tests, and timelines from milking to chilling.

The company currently sources milk from select family farms in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, onboarding each farm only after thorough on-site assessment and testing. PYAAS serves founding families in Lucknow with single-farm and family-farms milk, offers small-batch bilona cow ghee across India, and operates as Parag’s appointed digital storefront in select Lucknow localities. All services run through the PYAAS app and the PYAAS Digital Agent Network (P-DAN), enabling local milk vendors and shop owners to serve their neighborhoods through a unified digital platform.

Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for PYAAS, including workforce planning, role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions across business teams. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida, with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

The role includes building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, engaging with recruitment partners, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs, refine job descriptions, and advise on competitive hiring strategies. In addition, the role will support employer branding, contribute to HR process improvements, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing full recruitment cycles for diverse roles.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, role definition, and selection decisions, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering a fair and inclusive candidate experience.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, optimize hiring processes, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to uphold ethical, non-discriminatory hiring standards.
- Demonstrated capability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office collaboration in Noida with independent work from home.
