Key Responsibilities ( Summary)

1. The role will involve HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Retention, Learning & Development, Compensation & Perks, Employee Relations, HR Policies, Compliance and HR Analytics.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on HR leader with strong stakeholder-management and people-management skills. Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Wealth Management, Stockbroking, Financial Services or Technology will be an advantage.
3. Key focus: Building scalable HR systems, strengthening talent acquisition and retention, developing high-performing teams, supporting business growth and partnering with senior leadership on people strategy.
