Senior Healthcare HR – Talent Acquisition and Strategy

Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 7+ Years | Full time

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare HR to lead our healthcare hiring strategy and build the talent engine required to scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the overall healthcare hiring strategy and workforce planning.
- Drive large-scale/bulk hiring and ensure closure of critical manpower requirements.
- Build scalable recruitment systems and talent pipelines for caregivers, nurses, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, nursing colleges, institutes, and healthcare networks.
- Lead hiring across multiple locations and design location-specific sourcing strategies.
- Drive recruitment analytics, improve TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, and joining conversion.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing healthcare TA team.




- Partner with senior leadership and operations on workforce planning and long-term talent strategy.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in Healthcare HR / Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-growth healthcare, home healthcare, hospital, or staffing environments.
- Strong track record of bulk healthcare hiring at scale.
- Proven experience hiring caregivers and nurses.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
- Experience managing large recruitment teams, agencies, and multiple hiring channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to build recruitment strategy from the ground up and scale it with the business.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
