Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Manage offer, negotiation and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.





Preferred Experience: Candidates with recruitment experience in Non-IT sectors such as:

- Manufacturing
- Engineering
- FMCG
- Retail
- Sales & Marketing
- Construction / Infrastructure
- Logistics / Supply Chain
- Pharma / Healthcare
- Finance & Accounts
- Other general corporate hiring
