Requirements
● 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Payroll & Benefits.
● Hands-on experience in payroll inputs, GMC/GPA, insurance renewal, attendance, and onboarding.
● Experience in contractor/third-party manpower management.
● Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
● Experience working with HRMS like Zoho, SAP, DarwinBox etc and HR Process automation. ● Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred: Candidates from manufacturing/automotive/engineering industries, EV will be an added
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
