Role & responsibilities

- Manpower Planning &
- Workforce Strategy:

Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs, optimize team structures, and manage headcounts effectively.

- Blue-Collar Hiring &

- Vendor Management:

Oversee end-to-end blue-collar recruitment through staffing agencies and vendors, ensuring timely hiring and robust SLA compliance.

- Employee Engagement &

- Connect:

Plan and run meaningful employee engagement activities, stay interviews, and regular 1-on-1 connect programs to maintain high morale across teams.

- Grievance Handling &

- Conflict Resolution:

Act as a trusted point of contact for employee issues, resolving grievances fairly, confidentially, and in a timely manner.

- Retention Initiatives: Track attrition trends, identify root causes, and build proactive strategies to keep top talent engaged and committed.

- Payroll Processing &

- Administration:

Oversee seamless, accurate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance and payroll teams.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all local labor laws, statutory regulations, shop and establishment acts, and compliance filings.





- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior business leaders to align HR policies and practices with company goals.

- HR MIS &

- Analytics:

Prepare and present regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics (attrition, headcount, performance, recruitment SLAs) to guide leadership decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduation/ Masters Degree in related field.

- Experience: 3–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HR Software/HRMS, MS Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPs, data dashboards), and payroll systems.

- Vendor Management: Proven track record in managing recruitment vendors and blue-collar staffing agencies.

- Compliance Knowledge: Practical understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance requirements, and payroll audits.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and comfortable working with senior management.
