The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining workforce efficiency, and supporting plant operations. The role requires strong experience in handling blue-collar workforce, statutory compliance, and employee relations within a factory setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant and corporate roles

Handle bulk hiring for workers, supervisors, and technical staff

Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements

Conduct interviews, on boarding, and induction programs

Maintain healthy employee relations across factory and office staff

Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues

Implement engagement activities to improve morale and productivity

Ensure proper communication between management and workers

Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records

Coordinate payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness

Monitor overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions

Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations





Maintain records as per Factory Act and audit requirements

Identify training needs for workers and staff

Organize skill development and safety training programs

Maintain employee records and HRMIS systems

Prepare HR reports and dashboards

Ensure proper documentation of policies and procedures

Coordinate with safety team to ensure workplace safety

Promote hygiene and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP awareness)

Education

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience

4–5 years of HR experience in food manufacturing / FMCG / factory setup

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
