About the Company

We are a chemical manufacturing company with approximately 15 staff members and 35 workers, with departments including R&D;, Production, Dispatch, Transport, Marketing, Accounts, Purchase and Maintenance.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to independently manage recruitment, worker management, employee relations, HR operations and workplace discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and worker-level positions.
- Handle day-to-day employee and worker-related issues.
- Maintain workplace discipline, attendance and punctuality.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
- Manage joining, onboarding, exit and HR documentation.




- Maintain employee/worker records, attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Support management in disciplinary and employee-related matters.
- Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.
- Improve HR processes and maintain smooth workforce operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Experience in manufacturing/factory/industrial HR preferred.
- Solid experience in worker and employee management.
- Good communication, problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
- Ability to handle disciplinary matters professionally.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
