Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive – Payroll Specialist with strong hands-on experience in blue-collar and contract labour payroll, statutory compliance, and monthly payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees and blue-collar/contract workers.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, shift allowances, deductions, and wage calculations.
- Ensure wages are calculated and paid as per applicable Minimum Wages and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and process PF/EPF, ESIC and PT monthly compliance.
- Generate PF ECR, PF challan, ESIC challan and PT challan and ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and file Skilled Tax (PT) returns within prescribed timelines.
- Verify PF/ESIC contributions, employee details, UAN, ESIC numbers, and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with contractors for contract worker payroll, PF, ESIC, PT and compliance documents.
- Verify contractor bills against attendance, wages, statutory deductions, and compliance records.
- Maintain payroll and statutory records for audit and labour inspections.
- Prepare monthly payroll and HR MIS reports.




- Handle payroll-related employee/worker queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for salary processing and statutory payments.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Blue-Collar/Contract Labour Payroll.
- Practical knowledge of PF, ECR, ESIC, PT, challan generation and return filing.
- Knowledge of Minimum Wages, overtime and labour compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.
- Manufacturing/industrial HR experience preferred.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
