About the Role

We are looking for an Sr. HR Executive to manage the complete HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, HR documentation, payroll and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented and capable of handling HR responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll, salary revisions, incentives and other HR-related processes.
- Manage employee queries, grievances and day-to-day HR support.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee reviews.
- Support training, development and employee engagement activities.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs and company procedures.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality,



discipline and workplace policies.
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate departmental interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports and employee documentation.
- Support employee retention and workplace culture initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes are properly documented and followed.
- Coordinate with department heads and management on employee-related matters.
