About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can develop impactful visual concepts and deliver high-quality designs for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print media.
- Design social media creatives, campaign visuals, advertisements, banners, brochures, standees, and other marketing collaterals.
- Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Client Servicing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Content teams to execute creative requirements.
- Convert briefs into engaging and effective visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality output through attention to detail, typography, layout, and colour composition.




- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative approaches.
- Review designs, incorporate feedback, and maintain consistency in brand communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- Robust portfolio showcasing digital creatives, branding, campaigns, and print designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective designs.
- Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with prior advertising agency experience will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
- A proactive, creative, and ownership-driven approach to work is essential.
