Sr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Create creatives for social media, campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral .
- Develop visual concepts and illustrations that communicate complex technology and product concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Maintain visual consistency across Griphic and its product brands.
- Design events and conference collateral including backdrops, stage graphics, standees, banners, booth graphics, signage, invitations, badges, and digital screens.
- Work closely with marketing and event teams on pre-event, on-ground, and post-event design requirements.
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, and vendors to ensure accurate production and execution.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Take ownership of projects from brief to final execution , including quick-turnaround requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a startup, technology, agency, or fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, illustrations, campaigns, social media, and event collateral .
- Robust illustration skills with the ability to develop original visual concepts, icons, graphics, and storytelling elements .
- Hands-on experience designing for events, conferences, exhibitions,



or corporate activations .
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
- Working knowledge of Figma .
- Robust understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Good understanding of print specifications and production requirements .
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working with printers, fabricators, event agencies, or production vendors.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX or web design.
- Experience with technology, SaaS, AI, or deep-tech brands.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
