Role Description The Senior Government Projects Professional will lead and manage government-related infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, public sector priorities, and organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with local government and public sector stakeholders, preparing project proposals and documentation, and overseeing compliance with relevant policies, standards, and contracts.

The role involves monitoring project progress, analyzing risks and opportunities, and providing clear,



timely communication to internal teams and external partners. This is a full time, on-site position based in Bhopal, requiring regular interaction with government agencies, contractors, and cross-functional project teams to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Government Relations experience, including managing projects and liaising with public authorities.
- Demonstrated understanding of Local Government frameworks and Public Sector processes relevant to infrastructure projects.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Robust Analytical Skills for evaluating project data, regulations, risks, and performance metrics.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in roads or highways.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of government tendering, procurement, and contract management procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, travel as needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
