We are looking for a Senior Global Account Manager (Senior GAM) who will be responsible for owning and growing strategic global accounts through strong customer relationships, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across markets and business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end relationship and growth of strategic global accounts

- Drive account retention, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across markets and business units

- Own the account ARR target and build a clear, data-driven expansion plan

- Develop and communicate the value story, including ROI and business cases linked to client outcomes

- Manage commercial discussions including renewals, pricing, MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs

- Build strong relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders across business, IT, finance, and procurement

- Identify and develop new opportunities across markets, modules, and business units within existing accounts

- Orchestrate Field Assists delivery, product, and support teams to ensure customer success

- Maintain a strong account plan with disciplined MBR/QBR cadence and accurate forecasting





- Use AI-powered agents and data insights to monitor account health, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree with 6 to 10 years of experience in Global, Strategic, Enterprise, or Key Account Management

- 3+ years of experience managing large global or multinational enterprise accounts

- Proven track record of account retention, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue expansion

- Strong experience managing senior/C-level stakeholders across business, IT, finance, and procurement.

- Robust commercial acumen with experience in renewals, pricing, contracts, and negotiations

- Ability to build data-driven business cases, quantify ROI, and communicate value to customers

- Experience in B2B SaaS, FMCG/CPG, retail, or retail-tech is preferred

- Strong business communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills

- Comfortable working across countries, cultures, and time zones with willingness to travel
