Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of 11/33 kV overhead and underground electrical line projects from survey and planning to commissioning and handover.

- Manage multiple project sites, site engineers, supervisors and contractors.

- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, resources and budgets.

- Oversee cable laying, DP structures, CT/PT installation, substations and meter cubicle works.

- Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements, electrical safety standards and project quality specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, DISCOMs and government authorities for approvals, inspections and project requirements.

- Monitor project progress, resolve technical and site-related issues and ensure timely execution.

- Manage project cost control, billing, documentation and project closure.

- Lead, mentor and develop the field execution team.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality standards.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in 11/33 kV electrical line projects.

- Strong experience in end-to-end project execution and multi-site field management.

- Hands-on knowledge of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems.

- Good understanding of DISCOM procedures, technical specifications, electrical safety and HSSE standards.

- Experience in cable laying, DP structures, CT/PT, substations and metering works.

- Robust project planning, resource management, cost control and execution skills.

- Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation and communication skills.

- Experience in client, DISCOM and government authority coordination.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
