Role: Senior Functional Consultant – ERP Implementation

We are seeking a skilled Senior Functional Consultant – ERP Implementation (Chirix ERP) to oversee and execute ERP projects from start to finish. In this position, you will collaborate with B2B clients to understand their business needs, lead functional activities, and ensure smooth delivery of ERP solutions. You will also support and mentor junior team members while working closely with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed discussions to capture and evaluate business requirements
- Convert business needs into transparent functional designs and solution approaches
- Manage the full ERP implementation lifecycle (requirements → design → testing → deployment → support)
- Customize and fine-tune ERP modules to align with client processes
- Create and validate functional documentation (BRD, FDD, SOPs, and test cases)
- Coordinate and oversee SIT/UAT processes,



ensuring successful completion
- Provide ongoing support after deployment and suggest enhancements
- Work alongside technical teams for system customization and integration
- Handle client interactions, ensuring expectations are managed effectively

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ERP functional consulting and implementation
- Solid knowledge of core business domains such as Finance, HR, and Supply Chain
- Ability to independently manage modules or contribute to ERP project delivery
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders

Qualification

- B.E – CSE / IT / ECE / EEE
- M.Sc. – Computer Science / MCA
- ERP-related certifications will be an advantage
