About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Technical Lead with 8–12 years of experience in designing, building, and leading enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Systems, Node.js, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and modern cloud platforms. This role requires a strong combination of hands-on engineering, solution architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for architecting highly scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems while mentoring engineering teams and driving technology best practices across the organization.

What You'll Do:

- Design, architect, and develop highly scalable cloud-native applications using modern engineering practices.
- Lead the implementation of Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Architecture across enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and NestJS.
- Build responsive and modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs to support enterprise integrations.
- Develop distributed solutions using asynchronous messaging, event streaming, and publish-subscribe patterns.
- Design and implement robust data solutions using PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Optimize database performance through schema design,



indexing, query tuning, and caching strategies.
- Implement Redis-based solutions for caching, distributed locking, session management, and performance optimization.
- Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and resilient distributed systems.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design workshops, and engineering governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Define coding standards, engineering practices, and development guidelines.
- Support CI/CD implementation and automate build, deployment, testing, and release processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Establish observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks for production environments.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive engineering excellence across projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements aligned with business goals.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–12 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Express.js, and NestJS.
- Extensive experience building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Deep understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Strong frontend development experience using React.js and Next.js.
- Expertise in API design, RESTful services, GraphQL APIs, and API security frameworks.
- Robust experience with PostgreSQL including database design, optimization, indexing, partitioning, and query tuning.
- Hands-on experience implementing Redis for caching, distributed locking, queuing, and data streaming.
- Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and implementation patterns.
- Experience designing API-first architectures and service-oriented solutions.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, high availability, and fault tolerance.




- Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration platforms.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security standards.
- Experience working with messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or AWS SNS/SQS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools including Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Application Insights.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled applications, intelligent automation solutions, and modern technology trends.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product engineering methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience leading technical discussions and influencing technology decisions.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading engineering teams in enterprise environments.
