We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 3 to 7 years of solid experience who specializes in backend database engineering, full-stack application integration, and enterprise report development using Telerik Reporting and Advanced SQL Server (T-SQL).

In this role, your primary responsibility will be owning the application's reporting architecture: writing high-performance SQL queries and stored procedures, architecting pixel-perfect Telerik reports, and integrating reporting engines and report viewers seamlessly into our modern web and desktop application stacks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Report Architecture & Telerik Development

- Architect, design, and maintain complex, pixel-perfect transactional and operational reports using Telerik Reporting Designer (Standalone and Visual Studio integrated).
- Develop master-detail reports, sub-reports, cross-tabs, dynamic charts, drill-down/drill-through features, and multi-value parameterized templates.
- Configure data sources (SqlDataSource, ObjectDataSource) within Telerik, managing expression bindings, complex conditional styling, and page pagination logic.
- Ensure report layouts render accurately across various output formats, including PDF, Excel, Word, and print layouts.

2. Backend Data Engineering & T-SQL Performance Tuning

- Write, refactor, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, user-defined functions, views, and CTEs in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) dedicated to operational report generation.
- Analyze query execution plans, design indexing strategies,



and eliminate bottlenecks to ensure heavy data extracts run efficiently without locking transactional tables.
- Consolidate and clean data across disparate database tables, handling temporary tables, dynamic SQL, and large data aggregation routines.

3. Full Stack Integration & Application Delivery

- Integrate Telerik Report Viewers (HTML5 / Web / Angular / React / WinForms) into front-end user interfaces.
- Configure and deploy Telerik Reporting REST services, report rendering APIs, and server-side report caching mechanisms to maintain high throughput.
- Debug end-to-end full stack issues—from UI rendering discrepancies and parameter bindings down to API response payloads and database query latency.
- Collaborate with backend and frontend engineering teams to ensure clean API communication between business logic and reporting modules.

4. Data Validation, Auditing & Maintenance

- Perform rigorous end-to-end data reconciliation between transactional database records and generated reports to ensure 100% financial and operational accuracy.
- Maintain version control, deployment pipelines, and centralized repositories for .trdp, .trdx, and .cs report definition files.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot broken report feeds,



and implement ad-hoc schema modifications in response to evolving business requirements.

Required Technical Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of full-stack / backend development with dedicated ownership of enterprise reporting solutions.
- Telerik Reporting Expertise: Deep hands-on experience building parameterized reports, table layouts, grouping, sections, and nested sub-reports using Telerik Reporting.
- Advanced SQL / T-SQL: Mastery of SQL Server development—stored procedures, complex multi-table joins, indexing, query profiling, and execution plan optimization.
- Full Stack & .NET Architecture: Solid understanding of C#, ASP.NET / .NET Core, Web APIs, and client-side web integration (HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Problem-Solving & Debugging: Strong ability to isolate whether a failure originates from the database layer, API gateway, parameter mapping, or front-end viewer component.
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related Engineering streams only. (Note: Non-engineering graduates such as BCA/MCA/B.Sc will not be considered.)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
