Senior Full-Stack AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to further develop an enterprise-grade generative AI application used across desktop and mobile devices. You will work across the full technology stack, building responsive user experiences, robust backend APIs, and AI agents that integrate enterprise data, tools, and business processes.

Your responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the PlantGPT application across frontend, backend, and AI orchestration layers.
- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using Vue 3, TypeScript, and the Composition API.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs, preferably using Python and FastAPI or comparable technologies.
- Develop agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, including agent orchestration, tool calling, state management, structured outputs, and multi-step workflows.
- Integrate large language models with enterprise data sources, APIs, search services, and business applications.
- Implement conversational experiences with real-time response streaming, session and conversation management, citations, generated artifacts, and human feedback.
- Design reliable API contracts and ensure robust handling of authentication, authorization, validation, errors, retries, timeouts, and long-running operations.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation, including document retrieval, metadata filtering, context construction, and source attribution.
- Write automated frontend, backend, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Ensure maintainable, secure, observable, and production-ready software through type safety, code reviews, automated quality controls, logging, tracing, and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployment using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes,



Helm, and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, AI engineers, data engineers, and operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Core requirements

- Strong professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Very valuable knowledge of Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with Vue.js, preferably Vue 3, including the Composition API, component-based design, state management, and responsive development.
- Experience designing and implementing production-grade REST APIs and asynchronous backend services.
- Practical experience with generative AI and agentic AI, including LLM integration, prompt and context management, tool calling, structured output, and multi-step agent workflows.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable AI orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, semantic or hybrid search, document processing, and source-grounded answers.
- Experience implementing real-time or streamed applications using Server-Sent Events, HTTP streaming, WebSockets, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, session management, and secure handling of dynamically generated content.
- Experience with relational or document databases and the design of maintainable application data models.
- Experience with automated testing, Git-based development, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization, Kubernetes-based deployment, and application observability.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences and maintainable system designs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile product team.
