We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and performance management. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide actionable insights, drive financial discipline, and help shape the organization's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare variance analysis and provide insights into key business drivers.

Business Performance Analysis
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and business performance.
- Support business leaders with data-driven decision-making and scenario planning.
- Evaluate business initiatives, investments, and strategic projects through financial analysis.

Reporting & Management Insights
- Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Develop management reporting frameworks to improve visibility into business performance.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure accuracy,



consistency, and integrity of financial data.

Forecasting & Strategic Support
- Build and maintain forecasting models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and financial scenario modeling.
- Support annual operating plans and strategic planning processes.
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, business expansion, and investment analysis where applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with finance, accounting, operations, sales, HR, and leadership teams.
- Support cost optimization and resource allocation initiatives.
- Provide financial guidance to department heads and project leaders.
- Collaborate with accounting teams during month-end and year-end close activities.

Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities.
- Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
