Looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to serve as a senior, hands-on finance partner to the leadership.

This person will focus on FP&A;, commercial finance, work closely with Delivery, Operations, and Leadership to influence decisions through data, insights, and financial rigor.

The role is an individual contributor, requires a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and handling certain confidential data - deeply involved in analysis, modeling, reviews, and problem-solving.

Prior experience in IT/ITES, consulting, or B2B services organizations.

Systems knowledge. Enterprise software you may need to relate, create databases – Microsft suite (incl Copilot), Netsuite (accounting), Salesforce (CRM), Kantata (project management)

Requirement





- Lead annual costs budgeting (Delivery, SG&A;, HC) by multiple dimensions with scenario and sensitivity analyses to support executive decision-making and ensure alignment between business plans, financial targets, and company strategy
- Provide commercial finance guidance on client deals, including pricing, margins and unit economics validation, and deal structuring guidance. Establish and enforce the pricing guardrails, margin thresholds, and deal approval frameworks in partnership with Sales and Delivery leaders.
- Setup the systems and processes to track, report and modify the performance next year.
- Successful candidate would have completed an approved budget model, pricing/deal guardrails, monthly performance dashboard, and an operating cadence for next year.
