Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a strong Channel Partner (CP) network.
- Identify and onboard new Retail Channel Partners (RCPs).
- Develop relationships with developers and real estate projects.
- Meet CPs, conduct market visits, workshops, and events.
- Generate consistent business through partner relationships.
- Achieve monthly business and performance targets.

Who Are We Looking For?




- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate / Channel Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
- High-energy person with a strong growth mindset.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
