Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Finalization: Independently manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and finalization of books of accounts.
- Tally & TDL Expertise: Strong proficiency in Tally Prime, including TDL customization, data synchronization, automation, and customized financial reports.
- MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, expense analysis, and client-wise Gross Profit (GP) and profitability reports using Tally and Advanced Excel.
- GST & TDS Compliance: Manage GST reconciliations, quarterly TDS reconciliations, statutory compliance, and related documentation.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with clients through calls and emails for GST/TDS updates, reconciliation differences, outstanding payments, and documentation.
- Financial Monitoring: Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, budgets,



and financial performance.
- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of financial reporting and statutory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Implement accounting controls, reporting automation, and efficient MIS systems.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, TDL, GST, and TDS.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and MIS dashboards.
- Experience in accounts finalization and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, supervise accounting activities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: A detail-oriented accounting professional with solid technical expertise, reporting capabilities, and experience managing end-to-end accounting operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
