Role Overview -

The Supply Chain Solution Design team is looking for an experienced analytics and solution development professional to design, develop, and scale technology enabled solutions that address complex supply chain and manufacturing challenges. The role will work closely with global Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business problems, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and deliver solutions using advanced analytics, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern data technologies.

The position will play a key role across the end-to-end solution lifecycle from problem identification and requirements gathering through solution design, development, deployment, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities -

- Understand supply chain and manufacturing challenges, identify business problems, and translate them into effective data and technology-driven solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement custom analytics and business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Advanced Analytics.
- Build intuitive applications and automated workflows to improve business processes, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to Supply Chain and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global Supply Chain teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Work with data platforms and databases such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, Dataverse, and SharePoint to develop scalable analytics solutions.




- Support integration of applications and analytics solutions with enterprise systems through APIs and other integration technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and insights to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Stay current with emerging capabilities, features, and trends across Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, analytics, and low-code technologies, and identify opportunities to apply them to business problems.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase solution capabilities, drive adoption, and enable teammates and stakeholders.
- Independently manage project communication, status updates, and stakeholder coordination for assigned initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and scale successful solutions across Supply Chain and other business functions.

Required Experience & Skills -

- 2–6 years of professional experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, solution development, or a related technology domain.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data and database technologies,



with experience working with platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering applications or analytics products end-to-end.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to Have -

- Knowledge of APIs, integration technologies, and communication protocols.
- Experience working with manufacturing, Supply Chain, or other operational business processes.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, AI/ML, automation, or data engineering concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile or structured software development lifecycle.
- Experience presenting technical solutions and conducting workshops with business stakeholders.

Organizational Relationships -

- Reports to: Manager - Supply Chain Solution Design
- Key Stakeholders: Global Supply Chain teams, IT, Analytics, and other internal business stakeholders
- Nature of Interaction: Regular collaboration with global Supply Chain teams and frequent interaction with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Work Requirements -

- The associate is expected to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment and independently manage communication and deliverables for assigned projects.
