Develop and execute sales strategies for the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) business.
Generate current business and strengthen relationships with builders, contractors, and developers.
Coordinate with plant and operations teams for smooth/timely deliveries.
Required Candidate profile
5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), Construction Materials, or related industries
Qualification : - MBA in Marketing / Civil Engineering background preferred
