Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct audits across retail stores in the assigned region.

- Track and ensure audit coverage across all locations.

- Review third-party audit reports and assessments.

- Drive timely follow-up and closure of audit action plans.

- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare detailed, actionable audit reports.

- Collaborate with regional management for continuous improvement.

- Stay current on retail audit trends and compliance best practices.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-6 years of experience in auditing, preferably in retail or FMCG.

- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
