Job Goal

Proper planning of the production, and MR for Plant.

Responsibilities

- To hit customer SCH 100%
- Prepare monthly/weekly/daily production plan
- Material Management on time.
- Work order comply with daily BPR demand.
- MTS/MTO compliance
- Quality Management System (QMS) activities plant
- Monthly line wise KPI monitoring with CCR, Sale, Interplant, and supplier delivery details.
- Management Review Meeting (MRM) presentation & tracking of implementation & actions.

Parameters to measure if the employee is a performer or non performer 100%

- On time delivery as per BPR without fails.
- Monthly line wise KPI monitoring with CCR, Sale, Interplant and supplier delivery details.
- Management Review Meeting (MRM) presentation & tracking of implementation & actions

lower risk components / processes of work of own unit / team.( how does the persons work impact overall work flow)
