The Opportunity

As Senior Expert, Finance – Pricing & Reporting , you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and predictable month-end reporting for our global accounts. You will manage complex quarterly sales commission structures, calculate accruals, handle smart pricing decisions, and partner directly with sales and commercial leaders in North America and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

? Commissions & Accrual Management

- Calculate quarterly commission payments accurately for sales teams across NA and EMEA.
- Manage monthly financial accruals and maintain data integrity across financial tracking sheets.





? Commercial Pricing & Analytics

- Execute smart pricing calculations and evaluate deal margins against business objectives.
- Perform routine month-end commercial reporting and ad-hoc analysis using Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau.

?️ Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

- Act as a key point of contact for sales stakeholders, clearly communicating pricing decisions and commission structures.
- Confidently address queries from demanding business teams while adhering to governance standards.

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, commercial pricing, sales operations, or commission calculations.
- Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Analytical Precision: Strong numerical accuracy with a disciplined approach to predictable month-end reporting.
- Assertive Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate pricing policies clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau is a plus.
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related quantitative fields (Professional certifications are welcome, but not mandatory).
