: Senior Executive NSDL Depository Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional with experience in NSDL Depository Participant (DP) operations to manage demat account processing, securities transfers, reconciliation, regulatory compliance and audit activities. The candidate will also drive operational efficiency through AI, automation and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage demat account opening, modification, closure, nomination, transmission and KYC verification.
- Process DIS, SPEED-e, e-DIS, securities transfers, pledge/unpledge and demat/remat requests.
- Monitor corporate actions and ensure accurate, timely credit of investor perks.
- Perform daily reconciliation of DP holdings with NSDL records and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, NSDL rules, KYC norms and applicable AML/PMLA requirements.
- Prepare regulatory reports, MIS, SOPs and audit documentation; ensure audit readiness.
- Leverage AI, OCR, RPA and Excel automation to streamline document verification, reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain maker-checker controls, data confidentiality and audit trails.




- Handle investor queries, review team activities and guide junior executives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in NSDL DP operations; supervisory or review experience preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of NSDL DPM, SPEED-e, IDeAS and DP back-office software.
- Strong understanding of demat operations, securities transfers, corporate actions, reconciliation and SEBI/NSDL compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills: XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Power Query.
- Working knowledge of AI, OCR, RPA and process automation.
- NISM Series VI Depository Operations certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ownership.
