Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities/

- Preparation of detailed BOQs from drawings (AutoCAD/PDF).

- Rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works.

- Preparing cost estimates for tenders and internal budgeting.

- Coordination with design and execution teams for scope verification.

- Preparing and verifying RA bills for clients and subcontractors.

- Checking quantities as per drawings and site execution.

- Certification and documentation as per contract clauses.

- Coordination with site team for measurements and progress data.

- Assist in drafting and reviewing work orders and subcontractor agreements.

- Maintaining records for contract documents and variations.

- Monitor and update work order logs and contract value reconciliations.

- Reconciliation of materials, free issue items, and subcontractor bills.





- Preparing monthly reconciliation reports (cement, steel, RMC, etc.).

- Identifying discrepancies in BOQ vs executed quantities.

Software Skills:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel

- Strong & Working knowledge of. AutoCAD for measurement extraction.

- Good understanding of CPWD/MORTH/DSR practices (optional but desirable).

- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., Strategic ERP etc.) is an advantage.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
