Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of recent payment solutions for merchants, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement merchant onboarding processes, streamlining the setup process for new merchants.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth through innovative payments solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 6.9-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and payments ecosystem.
- Proven track record in developing successful merchant onboarding programs.
