Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance automation solutions for assembly and robotic manufacturing simulation in Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate.

- Improve Auto Path Planner capabilities, including via-point reduction and automated robotic path generation.

- Optimize welding spot sequences, gun orientations, reachability, and collision-free robot motion.

- Implement and maintain simulation utilities, process logic, and integrations using available Process Simulate APIs.

- Support offline programming, robotic process planning, simulation validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing workflows.

Skills Required:

- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in robotic automation, manufacturing simulation, robotics programming, or industrial engineering software.





- Hands-on experience with robotic process automation and robot-based manufacturing processes.

- Strong experience in robotics simulation, assembly simulation, robotic path planning, kinematics, and collision detection.

- Experience developing automation solutions for welding, spot sequencing, gun orientation, or related robotic applications.

- Ability to work with simulation APIs, object-oriented programming concepts, API integration, and engineering automation workflows.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with C# and .NET development.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
