- Role: Senior Engineer

Department: Sales & Application – Hydraulics / Temposonic.

Work Location: Belgaum.

HQ: Belgaum, Karnataka.

Job Summary: The Senior Engineer: Sales & Application is responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending hydraulic products and solutions to customers, preparing technical proposals and supporting sales activities. The role requires robust technical & sales knowledge of hydraulic systems along with customer handling and project coordination skills.

# Heads Key Responsibility Area

1 Sales & Business Development

- New Logo Acquisition (New clients) in industrial, manufacturing, and OEM sectors.
- Revenue growth from existing accounts (Clients).
- Generate inquiries / leads for Accumulators, Level Sensors, Hydraulic Circuits, Cylinder, Valves, actuators etc.
- Follow up on leads, and convert them into business orders.
- Conduct client visits, meetings,



and technical discussions.

2 Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain professional relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Handle troubleshooting and on-site support when necessary.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

3 Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare quotations, proposals, datasheets, and technical presentations.
- Maintain customer visit reports, Post meeting MOM, sales pipeline, and order forecast.
- Sending Weekly/ Monthly reports to reporting manager & management.

Educational qualification & Experience:

M.Tech, B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical.

Min 8 - 10 years of experience in Hydraulic Sales & Application Engineering.
