Roles and Responsibilities

- Execute DVP&R; and product validation activities for Front Load Washing Machines.
- Conduct performance testing including wash performance, spin efficiency, water and energy consumption.
- Perform reliability, endurance, environmental, transportation, and safety testing.
- Evaluate product NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) and unbalance performance.
- Analyze test failures and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support benchmarking studies of competitor products and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare test reports, validation summaries, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams for issue resolution.
- Support BIS, IEC, BEE, and internal compliance requirements.




- Ensure timely completion of testing activities and validation milestones product performance.
