Role & responsibilities

- Monitor PU Moulding process parameters and quality standards.

- Ensure in-process and final inspection compliance.

- Monitor defects, rejection trends, and initiate timely corrective actions.

- Perform root cause analysis using 5-Why, 8D, RCA, and CAPA.

- Monitor SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk, and Poka-Yoke effectiveness.

- Ensure segregation, traceability, and control of NG/reworked parts.

- Handle internal and customer quality concerns and prevent recurrence.

- Conduct process audits and ensure PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and IATF 16949 compliance.

- Drive Kaizen, defect reduction, and process improvement activities.

- Guide and train quality inspectors and shop-floor quality manpower
