Role: Senior Engineer - NPD

Role Summary In one of our Reputed Client Organization has an Exciting chance for Senior Engineer - NPD . Who will own technically complex NPD assignments from concept development through prototype, design validation and production handover, while coordinating stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret customer requirements and prepare product specifications and concept options.
- Develop concepts, layouts, calculations and design inputs with the design team.
- Plan prototypes, trials, tests, design validation and corrective actions.
- Prepare DFMEA inputs, risk registers, test plans and review documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, sourcing and suppliers for manufacturability and readiness.




- Track cost, timing, technical risks, changes and open issues.
- Support pilot builds, field feedback and post-launch improvements.
- Mentor NPD Engineers and lead assigned technical reviews.
